Vibe Coding for AI Entrepreneurs

Build Your First AI Employee

There has never been a better time to be an entrepreneur. AI has fundamentally changed what one person can build, how fast they can build it, and how little it costs to start. The founders who will lead the next generation of companies — in every industry, not just tech — are the ones who know how to build with AI. This isn't a nice-to-have skill. It's becoming the essential competency for leaders of all organizations.

Vibe Coding is an intuitive, conversational approach to building software where you stay in flow, focus on the product, and let the AI handle the implementation. It's not a shortcut — it's a new skill set. And for AI entrepreneurs, it's a superpower.

From Zero to AI Product in 30 Days

In this four-part workshop series, you'll learn to use AI agentic tools to go from idea to a fully working MVP without writing code. You'll use the same professional-grade technologies that funded startups ship with — but instead of a dev team, you'll direct an AI collaborator (Claude Code) that builds what you describe in plain English.

Across four hands-on sessions, you'll build your first AI employee — a fully working MVP called the AI Entrepreneur Assistant. It manages your to-dos, tracks your projects through a daily logbook, and then reads everything you've entered to help you think and act — summarizing progress, suggesting priorities, planning your week, and having real conversations about your work. By the end of the series, it's deployed, authenticated, and ready for real use. No salary. No onboarding. You build it yourself and its your first employee,

You'll also gain access to a learning platform with hands-on exercises, setup guides, and step-by-step walkthroughs — so you can practice and reinforce each phase of the build at your own pace, between and after the workshops.

You will also gain access to a learning platform where you can practice each of the steps for building AI-powered applications.

Stop waiting. Start building. This is how AI founders are made.

Workshop 1

Zero to Product — Building the AI Entrepreneur Assistant

Every product starts with a clear description of what it should do. In this session, you'll learn the core Vibe Coding workflow: describe what you want, let AI build it, iterate fast. You'll set up a professional development environment, work from a technical PRD, and build the foundation of the AI Entrepreneur Assistant — a real productivity app with a To Do system and a Project Logbook, running on a production-grade tech stack.

Learning Objectives

  1. Set up and navigate a Vibe Coding environment (VS Code + Claude Code)
  2. Understand what a technical PRD is and how it directs AI tools to build software
  3. Use Claude Code to scaffold and build a full-stack application from a product description
  4. Iterate on features by describing changes conversationally
  5. Run and test a working application locally
  6. Recognize the building blocks of a modern web application (frontend, backend, database)

Takeaway: You now have a repeatable method to go from idea to running app.

Workshop 2

Make It Intelligent — Adding the AI Brain

An app that just stores data is a spreadsheet. An app with an AI that reads your data and helps you think is a competitive advantage. In this session, you'll integrate a large language model into your application — adding natural language input, a daily briefing that summarizes your work, smart task prioritization, and AI-generated project insights drawn from your logbook entries.

Learning Objectives

  1. Explain the AI integration pattern that powers products like ChatGPT, Notion AI, and every LLM-powered startup
  2. Add AI-powered features to an existing application using Claude Code
  3. Build natural language input systems that parse user intent into structured actions
  4. Write and refine system prompts — the hidden skill behind great AI products
  5. Generate dynamic, context-aware content from application data
  6. Evaluate AI output quality and iterate rapidly to improve it

Takeaway: You now understand how to make any product AI-native. Prompt engineering is a founder competency.

Workshop 3

The Full Experience — Conversation, Iteration, and Polish

In this session, you'll bring your AI employee to life. You'll add a conversational chat interface so you can talk to your assistant naturally about your projects and tasks, build a weekly review and daily planner powered by your data, and add personalization so the assistant adapts to how you work. Along the way, you'll practice the skill that separates builders from dreamers: iteration.

Learning Objectives

  1. Build a conversational AI interface with context-aware, multi-turn dialogue
  2. Implement AI-driven planning and review features that synthesize data into actionable recommendations
  3. Add personalization that adapts AI behavior to individual users
  4. Iterate on features — test, evaluate, refine prompts, and improve output quality
  5. Identify patterns in how AI performs and adjust system prompts accordingly
  6. Critically evaluate a product and prioritize improvements

Takeaway: You've built a complete, feature-rich AI-powered application. One step left: making it real.

Workshop 4

Go Live — Deployment and Authentication

A product that only runs on your laptop isn't a product — it's a demo. In this final session, you'll cross the line from builder to shipper. You'll add user authentication so your assistant knows who's using it, then deploy the application to the cloud so it's accessible from anywhere. By the end, your AI Entrepreneur Assistant is live, secured, and ready for real use.

Learning Objectives

  1. Add user authentication to an application using Claude Code
  2. Understand the basics of authentication — why it matters, how it works at a conceptual level
  3. Deploy a full-stack application to a cloud hosting platform
  4. Configure environment variables and database connections for production
  5. Test a deployed application end-to-end
  6. Identify the path from MVP to a scalable, multi-user product

Takeaway: Your AI Entrepreneur Assistant is live — a deployed, authenticated, working MVP you built yourself.

Series-Level Outcomes

  • Builder self-sufficiency — build and ship products without hiring a dev team or waiting on others
  • Product thinking — understand how frontends, backends, databases, AI models, authentication, and deployment connect to create user value
  • AI fluency — know how LLMs integrate into products, how to prompt them effectively, and where they add real value
  • Speed — go from idea to deployed MVP in hours, not months
  • A repeatable method — the Vibe Coding workflow applies to any product, any domain, any idea

Who This Is For

  • Founders and aspiring founders who want to build and validate before they raise or hire
  • Solo entrepreneurs who want to stop outsourcing and start owning their product
  • Operators and business builders who want to prototype internal tools and automations
  • Anyone with a product idea who has been blocked by the technical barrier

This is not a coding bootcamp. You won't memorize syntax or study computer science theory. You'll learn to build — and that's a different skill entirely.
